Akashic Records Reading

Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning primary substance. The akashic records are the vibrational archive of every soul and its journey from inception, and contain within them all past, present, and future possibilities. They are a soul-level dimension of consciousness of unconditional love and compassion. Having the opportunity to see yourself through the eyes of the records can be deeply profound and healing. I will say a prayer to gain access to your records at which point you will be able to ask questions of your Akashic team.
Akashic Records Reading + Guided Meditation w/ Reiki

The akashic records are the vibrational archive of every soul and its journey from inception, and contain within them all past, present, and future possibilities. They are a soul-level dimension of consciousness of unconditional love and compassion. We will begin with a guided meditation to connect you with the Akashic realm. Once we are connected to the Akashic realm I will send you the healing energy of Reiki, allowing you to access healing and balance on an energetic, physical, and spiritual dimension. I will then say a prayer to gain access to your records at which point you will be able to ask questions of your Akashic team. This powerful combination will allow you to deeply connect to the root of challenges and blockages from the physical, energetic, mental, spiritual, and emotional bodies leaving you feeling more aligned, balanced, and empowered.
Reiki Session

Reiki is an energy healing modality that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and induces a sense of peace and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese Kanji characters ‘rei’ and ‘ki’ and translates to Universal Life Force Energy. It is this connection to the Universal Life Force Energy that fosters a sense of peace, healing, support, and balance across the physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions.
Reiki Session w/ Chakra Balancing

In this session you will receive a traditional reiki treatment, followed by a no-touch method for opening and aligning the chakras leaving you feeling restored, open, and balanced.
My Approach
I’m currently in graduate school pursuing my MA in clinical mental health counseling. My goal is to combine the eastern, spiritual practices I have spent the last 8 years studying, learning, and teaching with western counseling practices to ultimately create a holistic, integrative approach to healing that meets each individual where they are. It is primarily through my work with the Akashic Records that I have come to understand that the physical and the spiritual are not separate or distinct, but rather different dimensions or aspects of a unified whole. There is an opening up that occurs as we learn to see the spiritual and metaphysical as intrinsically connected the physical.
I am not a psychic. My aim is to hold loving, attentive space for you as you open up to your own inner healer, and connect you to your own wisdom and knowing while helping you tap into the wisdom, guidance, and compassion of your Akashic Team. I believe that the body is intelligent and that it often knows what it needs to heal. Oftentimes the most challenging part is learning to quiet the mind and find distance from the stories it tells us that keep us trapped in limiting beliefs and cycles. I believe that the body, mind, and spirit are all interconnected, and that we often struggle to find deep and lasting healing when only focusing on a single facet of ourselves instead of connecting to our needs in a holistic way.
